Core Values

-I am passionate about everything I do, from cleaning range balls to giving a private lesson. 

-There is a right way to complete every task and I take honor in doing what is right, even when nobody is watching.

-I take pride and ownership in tasks, and walk away from each knowing I did everything I could to the best of my ability.

-I collaborate with staff and members to ensure the best possible outcome.  I empower staff in their responsibilities while supporting and providing guidance if needed.  Teamwork makes the dream work.  The decision and actions of one can affect many.
