Leadership/Management

Leadership is best done by example and empowerment, with support and collaboration.  I will recruit, train, and mentor a team that loves the business of golf and focuses on service to all members and guests.  A culture must be created that is fun and healthy amongst all staff members.  A foundation will be built for Assistant Professionals to develop and grow toward obtaining a Head Professional position of their own.
